By having the Country Brand license, we help generate competitiveness in Costa Rica, improving its promotion at an international level, while increasing our internal standards.

CERTIFICATION: FSSC 22000

We have the FSSC 22000 certification (Food Safety System Certification), which is a certification scheme for Food Safety Management Systems, to assure our customers that they have an effective food safety plan and management system, seeking consumer protection, which was developed by the Foundation for Food Safety Certification, in order to comply with the certification requirements of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

The FSSC standard establishes a reference framework for food safety requirements taking into account three key aspects:

1. Establishment of a Food Safety Management System.

2. Incorporation of good practices (agricultural, manufacturing and distribution).

3. Adoption of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.
