The customer by using the site www.dcm.cr accepts the terms and conditions that govern it.
In Distribuidora Café Montaña S.A. we understand that you may need to make a return for having received a different product than the one you have purchased or for having received it in bad condition.
If you need to make a return, simply contact our Customer Service Department. We ask you to provide a brief explanation as to why you are requesting a return and to document with pictures to justify the return and we will replace the product free of charge.
All products are eligible for return, if they have not been opened and/or the packaging has not been damaged. If at the time of receipt of the product, the packaging is damaged or the product received does not correspond to the product purchased, reject the package for the carrier to return it directly and immediately contact our Customer Service Department to coordinate the replacement of the product, by any of these means:

Distribuidora Café Montaña S.A. does not accept returns in the following cases:
- Claims made after 24 hours from the date of receipt of the product.
- Products that have obvious signs of use.
- Products removed from their original packaging.
Replacements will be delivered within a maximum period of 5 working days once the claim process has been completed and approved.
Shipping costs of approved claims will be covered by Distribuidora Café Montaña S.A. in its entirety.
