IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT?

Yes, in our online store the minimum purchase amount is ₡5,000 (five thousand colones).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Once the order is processed and payment is approved, delivery time is three to five business days for zones within the Gran Area Metropolitana. For areas outside the GAM, delivery time is five to seven business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. For more details check our SHIPPING POLICY.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Shipments within the Gran Area Metropolitana apply for free shipping. Orders outside the GAM, apply a standard shipping cost of ₡3.000 (three thousand colones). For more details please review our SHIPPING POLICY.

This process is standard in the industry and is completely secure as it is encrypted by the highest security and encryption protocols (SSL).
